About The Event
Let's Talk About Pets!
It is said that 'a mother is a first teacher' imparting various life skills and also in instilling values that guide the children in the journey of life.
In our upcoming weekend session, we have two such exemplary mothers who will be joined by their children to talk about how the mothers were able to instill compassion for animals in them and also for us to learn about their journey of making a formidable team in helping as many animals/pet in need around them, as possible.
So who are our speakers? Here's a little background on the mother-son duo and mother-daughter duo who will be joining us this Saturday:
Mother-Son duo: The Mother, in this case, has been a compassionate human being, rescuing innumerable animals of every shape and size since she was a child herself. Her child has his own rescue and fostering stories since he was three. He's six years old now.
Mother-Daughter Duo: The mother, in this case, grew up with dogs all through her life and wanted her daughter as well to grow up with a pet animal to develop that connection with nature and experience care, love, the responsibility of another life. Today, her daughter has her own examples of rescues and on how to coexist with animals. She is 10yrs old now.
Join VFC this Saturday for an interactive session with these 4 Samaritans. This fully interactive, video-session will give an insight into their world and will showcase how you can get your child to involve in animal-friendly causes that instills in them a greater sense of understanding about the need for cohabitation and a diverse ecosystem.
